Terms of business must be in place in order to write new business with CMI Insurance Company Limited and CMI Fund Managers (IOM) Limited. To apply for terms of business, please complete the application form below and return to your local Clerical Medical sales office or to the following address:

Please note: CMI Insurance Company Limited and CMI Fund Managers (IOM) Limited have their own separate terms of business from those of Clerical Medical Investment Group Limited ("CMIG"), and so the application form needs to be completed even where you already have terms in place with CMIG.
